Biden Administration Ends Expansion to the Public Charge Rule
The Biden Administration has taken action to end the Trump public charge policy. It is now safe for immigrants and their families to use the health, nutrition, and housing programs to which they are legally entitled without fear or confusion.

Golden State Grant Program
The State of California has approved the Golden State Grant Program one-time payment of $600 for eligible CalWORKs families. These payments do not impact your CalWORKs, Medi-Cal, or CalFresh eligibility or monthly benefits! To verify if you were one of the families that received the grant on March 27, 2021, you can check your EBT balance using your MyBenefitsCalWIN account, or by calling 1-877-328-9677. If you normally receive your CalWORKs grant through direct deposit, please check your bank account. For more information, please click here.

CalFresh recertification update
Now you can submit your CalFresh recertification online. To renew your CalFresh eligibility, you can now submit your recertification form (CF 37) and attach verifications online.
