What is Cal-Learn?
Cal-Learn is a program for pregnant and parenting teens in the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) program. Services are provided to encourage pregnant and parenting teens to graduate from high school or obtain the equivalent degree, become independent, and form healthy families. Cal-Learn participants may also be eligible for other programs, such as:
