Maintaining Support

To maintain your in-home support you must comply with the following:

• Be available for a yearly reassessment of your eligibility.
• Report changes that may impact your eligibility to your social worker within 10 days. These may be changes such as hospitalization, address change, medical conditions, etc.
• Comply with your responsibilities as an employer of your IHSS provider.
• Comply with your yearly Medi-Cal eligibility redetermination requirements.
